Creamy Hemp Cesar Dressing

Snowed in Saturday! We already stocked up on vegan food and wine for the next two days, did an at home workout, and now I’m cozied up on the couch finally getting this recipe on Vega Table! I have been making this Creamy Hemp Cesar Dressing since I first started cooking vegan in April of 2015, and it’s something that I make all the time. All I add to this simple, yet satisfying, salad is cucumber and garbonzo beans and it’s good to go. I made this for Christmas dinner this year and my family loved it – vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores alike ❤

  1. Thank you for this one! Super easy. I didn’t have any lemon or nooch left so I used Seitenbacher Vegetarian Vegetable Broth and Seasoning. I love that stuff for EVERYTHING!
